Ansprechpartner und Berater bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten aus den Bereichen der Erneuerbaren Energien (Wind (onshore und offshore), Solar, Biogas etc.) Begleitung und Beratung bei der Verhandlung von (Projekt)-Verträgen, insbesondere Standortnutzungsverträge, Projektentwicklungsverträge, Kooperationsverträge, Liefer- und Wartungsverträge, Verträge über die technische und kaufmännische Betriebsführung Vertretung und Beratung bei allgemeinen vertragsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Außergerichtliche und gerichtliche Geltendmachung von Forderungen

Sie beschäftigen sich mit den rechtlichen Anforderungen an Verbraucherprodukte wie Kosmetika, Reinigungsmittel, Biozide, Bedarfsgegenstände, Spielzeug, Elektrogeräte und Batterien. Sie bringen die vielfältigen Compliance-Anforderungen aus dem Produktrecht für Nonfood auf den Punkt und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der rechtskonformen Umsetzung. Sie recherchieren kontinuierlich die rechtlichen Änderungen im Bereich Nonfood und vermitteln die daraus resultierenden Compliance-Anforderungen zielgruppenspezifisch im Rahmen unserer Beratungsaufträge in Deutschland, Österreich und in der Schweiz.

Die eigenverantwortliche Vergabe von Beschaffungsvorgängen aus dem Bereich Software und Beratungsleistungen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben. Du identifizierst, planst und koordinierst Beschaffungsvorgänge in Bezug auf Wertschöpfung und Umsetzung der spezifischen Fachbereichsinteressen und führst diese entsprechend eigenständig durch. Die Übernahme des aktiven Vertrags- und Claim-Managements zur Unterstützung des jeweiligen Fachbereichs während der Vertragserfüllung zählt zu deinen alltäglichen Aufgaben. Abschließend übernimmst du die eigenständige Führung von Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen.

Manage institutional and strategic partnerships by maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying collaboration and co-investment opportunities. Coordinate cross-functionally to share and act on partner insights, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to continuous improvement of the partner engagement model.

Lead and develop two team leads across market and relations development. Define and drive global business and market development by identifying growth opportunities, guiding go-to-market strategies, and monitoring market trends. Lead strategic relationships and key global accounts by managing senior partnerships, building executive-level trust, driving complex negotiations, and advancing institutional collaborations. Represent the organization in key forums and engage across the ecosystem to drive collaboration, strengthen partnerships, and translate stakeholder insights into strategic priorities.

Lead the Market Development team in terms of employee, budget, and task management. Develop and maintain market development strategies for each key region and country. Engage and build strong regional stakeholder networks by identifying key ecosystem partners, fostering relationships that support adoption and credibility, and representing the organization in relevant forums and events. Coordinate cross-functionally to communicate regional insights, align execution with global priorities, and support informed decision-making across teams.

As Team Lead Commercial Operations, you take on a pivotal role at the heart of Encavis' European commercial activities. You build and lead a high-performing team that ensures the smooth execution of Power Purchase Agreements, power derivatives and Guarantees of Origin across our growing renewable energy portfolio. Acting as the operational bridge between Origination, Portfolio Management, Trading, Finance and Legal, you translate commercial deals into robust, scalable processes and reliable execution.

As Legal Counsel – Energy Sales Contracts, you will take on a key in-house role at the intersection of law, energy markets and commercial decision-making. You will work on sophisticated PPA and hedging structures, collaborate closely with investment, risk and financing experts, and contribute directly to the commercial success of renewable energy projects across Europe. Drafting & Negotiation of Energy Sales Contracts: You draft, review and negotiate complex Power Purchase Agreements (physical and financial), on-site PPAs, direct marketing agreements and green electricity contracts across European markets.
