Develop sales, margin, AV and mix in line with the targets by facilitating end-use specific projects. Hunt new business opportunities within the focus end-use area(s). Plan, lead, and follow up on projects with end-users, converters, and internal stakeholders in the focus end-use area. Support customer visits with Field Sales to bring in technical expertise, end-use knowledge, and push projects to completion. Establish and develop effective relationships with relevant end-use organizations, participate in trade associations and technical conferences to build partnerships leading to future growth opportunities.
