Our organization offers the clubs guidance, support and ongoing support. Our core concern is to promote the founding of new clubs and the formation of a constantly growing Change Clubs community. As part of our Change Clubs coordination team, you will take a leading role in our efforts to effectively spread the initiative and inspire others to join the movement. Your main focus will be to build partnerships with a wide range of actors in which Change Clubs are created and promoted. These so-called 'multipliers' can include cities and municipalities, companies, academic institutions and civil society organizations.

The initial geographical focus will be North Rhine-Westphalia, particularly Bonn and the surrounding area, as well as the Ruhr region. Further scaling throughout the German-speaking region and beyond is planned.

About you:

You enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural team and are creative, open-minded and flexible. • Knowledge in the areas of climate change, sustainability, environmental protection and/or behavioral psychology is desirable.

  • Basic experience in graphic design and familiarity with programs such as Adobe Suite and Illustrator are also beneficial.
